About JWCF

OUR VISION

At The JWC Foundation, we recognize the journey of Black entrepreneurs is not the one sold as the American dream. We envision a world where Black entrepreneurs have the access, resources and community support needed to build sustainable businesses that drive economic growth.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to equip Black-owned small businesses by delivering culturally relevant programs and resources that build resilient operational foundations and foster meaningful connections, unlocking opportunities for growth, sustainability, and community impact.

If you're ready to start this journey or you've been in it for a while and are looking for community, JWC Foundation is here for you!

How We’re Different

Culturally Rooted

Our programs center the experiences, strengths, and challenges specific to Black business owners. We don't use one-size-fits-all approaches.

Practically Focused

We teach what actually matters for business growth: finance, operations, strategy. No fluff, just actionable skills you can use immediately.

Community-Centered

You're not building alone. Our programs connect you with peers, resources, and a network that gets it.
